Our drinking problem - Think before you drink

Since I read up in detail about the many detriments of soft drinks, I completely disassociated my self from soft drinks till one day.....It happened.....Till this day, I have no regrets over it. As I was driving, I saw this huge billboard with the words zero splattered all over it and a can of pop with water trickling down the can. It was love at first sight, and the rest as they say, is history. That can of pop is known as Diet Sprite Zero:

Ok before you become all disgusted with the word Diet, hear me out. Seriously. Since the first time I tasted Diet Sprite Zero, I'm hooked on it. Usually, the other diet drinks have a nasty cough medicine type flavor. But Diet Sprite Zero is a totally different drink. Why? Well the name says it all. An average can of soda contains 10 teaspoons of sugar! Yup! One can contains ten teaspoons of sugar! Imagine drinking 'chai' with 10 teaspoons of sugar!....Impossible.....But Diet Sprite Zero, along with its amazing taste, contains no sugar, no carbs, and no caffine! Isn't that amazing? Seriously, next time you have a strong craving for a soft drink, and you walk up to a soda vending machine, and you reach into your pockets to pull out a dollar bill, and slide it into the machine, be health conscious and think before you drink and choose.............. Diet Sprite Zero.

Coming to a store near you in June:

All I need now is a tooth to conduct an experiment. Many of you probably got an email/ppt presentation on the harms of soft drinks. One of the interesting points mentioned was that if you were to put a tooth in a glass full of Coke, the tooth would dissolve in a couple of days. Next time you pay a visit to your family dentist, ask for a tooth and conduct an experiment on it and let me know if it really dissolves or not. The other day, my nephew told me that his tooth fell out and I immediately asked him where it was but alas, it was thrown away. Hence, I need a tooth. Any volunteers?
