Summer Intensive Arabic Program — Local in-class version, July-August 2005

Scheduled to commence on July 4, 2005, the Summer Intensive Arabic Program provides, by far,
the most advantageous learning experience our proven classical teaching methodologies have to
offer. Maximizing student development hour for hour, this two month summer course will touch upon material
not covered in second and third year Arabic language courses at the university level. In just
two short months, students will cover in depth 7 months of material, relevant
to our successful and highly popular weekend classes.
Even though demand for these classes is quite overwhelming, in order to ensure a high standard of
instruction, registration will be capped to a limited number of seats for each of the classes: 12 seats
for the Brothers’ class
and 12 seats for Sisters’ class.

Class Timings:
Classes will be scheduled as follows:
There will be four sessions each week and each session will run for approx. 4-5 hours (4 Sessions – 4-5
Hours/Session)
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
Total hours of Instruction time will be approx. 80hrs/month! There will be some short breaks throughout
the class for lunch etc.
Registration Window:
Registration for this program will continue on a first come first serve basis until June 30th, or
until the maximum enrollment mentioned above is reached. In order to secure a seat, a $55 US or
$70 CAD deposit will be required (Paypal link below). Full payment will be required at the first class

North America that is comparable in terms of content and instructor

If
the greatest amount of beneficial learning attained in the shortest
period of time is the scale or standard by which to judge all Arabic
institutions, then according to this yardstick I would definitely
have to say that the Shariah Program ranks among the foremost in all
of North America. And based on what I’ve heard from others the
Shariah Program rivals and in many cases supplants other well-known
Arabic institutions in the Middle East. Due to the small number of
students in each class and the pleasant and interactive personality
of the head instructor, the student can feel the benefits of private
tutoring and yet at the same time enjoy the benefits of being in the

There
are many advantages that can be enjoyed by individuals who are eager
in learning the Arabic language that may not be achieved elsewhere.
Such advantages include, the vast grammatical principles (nahw) and
verb morphology (sarf) which are taught in a relatively short period
of time, the willingness of the instructors in repeating and
continually going over misunderstood concepts, and the ability to
learn Arabic through an English medium, and aside from the content of
the program – inexpensive course, accommodation, and food
