Alhamdulillah I started the course because I wanted to understand classical Arabic better. I studied Arabic till sixth grade and recently did two years of intense self study. I also took basic levels of Arab Academy online courses which I thought were very helpful. However despite a decent vocabulary my comprehension was still poor. Mufti Yusuf Mullan's methodology changed all this.

I felt that the explanations given in this course are uniquely straightforward and the most clear that I have come across. The oral exercises allows one to master the material without going through lenghty written exercises. The sciences of Sarf, Nahw and Tarkeeb are introduced in a logical manner as opposed to the hotch potch way in modern teaching methods. This time tested logical introduction produces amazing results for one's comprehension of Arabic texts.

For those of us who studied Arabic on our own using modern methods this course will change the way they look at learning Arabic. I am convinced that the method in this course is the fastest way of understanding classical Arabic texts because it was perfected by Arabs and non-Arabs who wanted to understand the Quran and Ahadith of the Prophet (s) and pass on that knowledge but more importantly by the results it has produced in my case.

Additional bonus of the course is the explanation of Tariqatu Taleem ... by Imam Zarnuji by Mufti Yusuf. Basic themes in epistemology, ethics, and psychology are explained from an Islamic pers! pective that is truly amazing.
